It stopped being funny the third time i saw this... But since I drew this, I thought i'll upload it. But imagine... bringing up even a single little child in the world is so much more expensive... And this will control population... maybe i'm wrong, and this is certainly one of those ideas which seemed great at the time i thought about it, but never managed to get a god job done...
